Avnee Refund Policy

Effective date: November 12, 2025

This Refund Policy explains Avnee’s approach to refunds for subscription fees, paid features, and other paid services (“Paid Services”). It applies to purchases made through our website and platform. By purchasing or subscribing to Avnee Paid Services, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Free trials

If Avnee offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged according to the plan you selected. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial expiry via your account settings.

2. Monthly and annual subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already incurred.

3. Refund eligibility

Avnee’s default policy for subscriptions is:

  • Charges already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in limited circumstances at Avnee’s discretion (for example fraud, double-charge, or billing errors).
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the charge for consideration. After 30 days, refund requests are less likely to be approved.

4. Partial periods and prorations

If you downgrade or cancel mid-billing period, you will not typically receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of that billing period. However, Avnee may, at its discretion, issue prorated refunds or credits for certain plan changes.

5. Charge disputes and billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), contact us promptly with details (transaction ID, date, amount). We will investigate and, if validated, will issue a refund or credit.

6. Payment processors

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). Refunds, where issued, will be processed through the same processor and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Refunds for other paid services

For one-off purchases, professional services, custom integrations, or third-party add-ons, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to the terms of the separate agreement you accepted when purchasing those services.

8. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Avnee Support with your account details and relevant transaction information:

  • Provide: account email/Avnee ID, date of charge, amount, reason for refund request.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and aim to investigate and respond within 5 business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting an updated policy with a new effective date and, if appropriate, by email.
